From the moment I stepped into Carolina Del Mar, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency-so much so that when I absentmindedly left my sim cards in the room, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail and care. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome respite from the Cartagena heat, ensuring restful nights. The terrace provided a stunning view of the surrounding area, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of Colombian coffee and take in the ambiance. The hotel's proximity to a variety of fantastic dining options like Muelle 8 and Eli's Restaurant made exploring the local culinary scene a breeze. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, amenities, and overall experience Carolina Del Mar provided-truly a gem in the heart of Cartagena.
